From rising in the morning to sleep at night, our daily routine i.e. what is the schedule of the day, it is very important to know for our health. Suppose you wake up at 6 a.m. every morning, after taking a light exercise or Morning Walk, take a bath. Then take breakfast at your daily time and rest for 15 minutes after breakfast. After that then you should get into your work. 

Lunch by 2 noon. It is good for health to sit quietly for 15 minutes after lunch. There is no problem in taking a little snack at 5 o'clock in the evening. After coming home, rest for half an hour and take dinner for 9 a.m. at night. Then only after 1 or 2 hours of food should sleep. It is also good to go for half an hour after the meal. By doing so, digestion of food is easily done.
